The man in the picture is a Cameroonian who is said to hardly take his bath due to the fear of water, also called hydrophobia.
He reportedly has not had a bath for several years and was stinking really bad.
His friends who had had enough of the bad odour decided to take the bull by the horn to show him the importance of having a bath.
The young man was taken to a car wash in Yaoundé area in Cameroon and forced by his friends who held him tightly to have his bath in public.
The man struggled but all his screams and pleas fell on deaf ears as his clothes were stripped and he was given the sponging of a lifetime.
