Artist Goes Viral For Painting 1000 Naira Note, With The Portraits Wearing Face Masks



A painting an unidentified Nigerian Artist made on the wall for this COVID-19 pandemic times have gone viral.
The artist was pictured drawing a 1000 Naira note, with the portraits engraved on it, wearing face masks. The pictures somehow found their way online and people are awed by this artist's creativity as the drawing was quite detailed.

The one thousand naira nigerian notes were released in October, 2005. Engraved in the note are portraits of Alhaji Aliyu Mai-Bornu and Dr Clement Isong. They were the first two governors of the Central Bank of Nigeria. 

Clement Isong, who later became the first governor of Cross River State, succeeded Alhaji Aliyu Mai-Bornu as the second governor of the Central Bank.
