Deeper Life High School Suspends Principal Over Sexual Molestation Scandal

Deeper Life High school has on Monday, December 21, suspended the principal, following reports on the JSS2 student that was starved consistently, molested and maltreated by senior students at the Uyo Campus of the school.

The plight of the victim, Don Davis, drew attention, after his mother, Deborah Okezie, had cried out to Nigerians in a video posted on social media, pleading for help to get justice for her son who had been molested by seniors and starved despite not owing any school fees.

Deborah revealed that she had gone to pick her son up on Friday from the school and was the last person to pick up her ward. However, she noticed that he was sick and had not been attended to.

The mother also alleged that she noticed her son was not able to sit properly, which prompted her to check his buttocks. From the look of his anus, Deborah said her son had been sexually molested.

This was later confirmed by doctors at the hospital where Don Davis was taken. He was put on a drip at the hospital and is currently on the 12th one.

Father of the victim, Iniobong Archibong also revealed that the school authorities had reached out to them, asking them to withdraw the case in order to cover up the assault.
