A 12-second leaked sex video was released online and has been trending on social media since Saturday morning, when it was first circulated through WhatsApp messenger app.

The video, which seemed to have been made by Amadi himself, had captured the commissioner in a location that appeared to be his private residence.
The very explicit scene showed the unclad commissioner and several other nude people, including young girls, engaging in a groupie. Several of them made out behind him as he continued the film the whole show.
As at the time of filing this report, it was still not clear how the video made its way online and, not surprisingly, Amadi could not be reached for comments as of press time.
